CEO and Founding MemberWith 40 years in pharmacy and a degree BPharm University of The North now known as University of Limpopo, Rex Dlamini advises young pharmacists that passion and patience are key ingredients for success.
“You need to have passion for retail pharmacy. You also need to have patience. Don’t rush success, as this comes with time. Don’t think you can make money overnight – it takes time.”
Rex says that the biggest lesson that he has learnt over the years has been the value of spending time and money on training.
“You need to train your staff on all aspects of running a professional business. Having sales skills and product knowledge boosts their confidence when interacting with customers. Growth in sales and accolades received from customers are natural results of effective training.”
